DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, with authorization. To receive authorization please call our office at (602) 438-7052. YOU MUST ENCLOSE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: YOUR NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, COPY OF INVOICE, AND REASON FOR RETURN. RETURNS MUST BE SENT PREPAID to 2205 W Fairmont Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282. A 30% restocking fee applies for all items returned that are not defective. Claims of shortages must be made within 5 days from date of delivery.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM CLUTCH PLATES OR KITS, EXCEPT FOR DEFECTS.
DEALERS MUST HANDLE CUSTOMER RETURNS DIRECTLY.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Usually within 24 hours of receipt of the order, or the next business day.
IF I ORDER 2ND DAY AIR AND UPS DOES NOT GET IT TO ME ON TIME, ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES REFUNDED?
Unfortunately, no not at this time. UPS (along with other shipping companies) has adopted a new policy where shipping times are not guaranteed and shipping charges will not be refunded if it does not deliver within that time frame.
