It is a complete clutch kit and includes 1 backing plate, 9 friction plates and 8 steel plates with a pre-measured stack height for easy installation. The material is race proven, perfected and tested for maximum grab and durability. This kit is a performance upgrade for you Ultima. This kit fits all Ultima belt drives 3.35.
